Fairy tale, happily ever after
Was on bus msg-ing her, out of no link we talk about fairy tale and this word keep swirling around my head, so I decide to blog about it after 2 hours of thinking.
Along my way home, I have been thinking does fairy tale even exist before? So when I come out to a conclusion, it actually does. Basically, there is 3 type of fairly tale that exists in this world and this is how I analyze it into 3 parts.
1) Movie
2) 1890 to 1990 years ago
3) Currently society
People such as actor or actress can experience how fairy tale live their life while acting in movie, this remind me of Enchanted! A very nice touching fairy tale, I believe they enjoy acting even more like ghost movie, fighting movie or even comedy. They themselves know that it impossible to experience it in real life, so why not while acting in movie?
Fairy tale can never be apart with words like “Happily ever after” even blur blur hope for it. Put aside fairy tale, does even happily ever after are easy to obtain? Just look at how high is the rate of divorce? It simply shocks you. Let don’t get so far back in history, let just zoom back to the 1890 to 1990, where human depend on growing vegetables for a living. 8 bowls to 10 small bowls of rice, with 1 salted egg and a plate of stir fried vegetables for one whole family. Husband and wife stay as lovely as if they just get into relationship until their back hunch, their teeth drop, until their very last breath. Isn’t that fairy tale.
Depression rate is going up, divorce rate is going up, simply said that everything is growing up. Depression is now the top world health issue in current society. WOW! the world.
SO I ask myself, how to live up to a fairy tale life if I want to?
Everyone needs a fairy tale life, whether you believe it or not, everyone needs it. Of course, it doesn’t happen in appearance or visible by eyes. It in our heart, everyone including kids didn’t have enough care, concern, love whether by their parent, relative or friends. All they see and know is “you got to study hard, you got to be talented, you better be smart, you better score for your exam, and you better got FIRST in everything”
Research show that depression is so common at the age of 12 onwards. Heeelllooo there!! They are just kids!
There is actually formula to live a fairy tale life.
ASK FOR LESS + give more = happily ever after!
Ever ask for a more luxury life if you know this is what I should get.
Don’t expect more from a kids when they say “Daddy, mummy, I had already done my best”
Don’t commit your time all at career and let your kids say “Daddy, mummy, all I remember is seeing you in your shadow at night.”
Give more of your love to people around.
Give quality time to those around you.
Give time to allow yourself to slow down your foot step and take a closer look at the world. Never be stingy to GIVE words that are lovely.
That a fairy tale that everyone should deserve to have, Yes! I agree that there is no fairy tale in this REAL world, but everyone can have a fairy tale in your own way that bring happiness to everyone, especially the inner self of ours.
“I know there is no fairy tale, that why I promise to give my wife, kids and my parent a fairy tale world in future. As long as they are happy, I will feel as if I’m living in fairy tale world myself.”
I mean it.
